My-Linh has spent over two decades in the field of sustainable and responsible/ESG investing, working across equity and fixed income asset classes, on ESG-focused strategies as well as integrating ESG analysis into conventional portfolios. She currently heads up the incorporation of ESG at BlueBay, and represents the firm externally in a range of committees and working groups focused on driving ESG investing best practice. Previously, she has held ESG-related roles at Schroders Investment Management and Henderson Global Investors.
